Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping to the United States & Canada. We also offer additional shipping options through UPS, USPS, and other carriers, depending on your location, that will be displayed at check out. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. If different items are purchased, to speed up shipping, the different items may arrive separately. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

If you do not choose free shipping, shipping charges for your order, based on the carrier you choose, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Domestic shipping usually takes between 1 - 3 business days.

International Shipping

We currently offer free international shipping to the following countries: Canada.

If you do not choose free shipping, shipping charges for your order, based on the carrier you choose, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International shipping usually takes between 1 - 4 business days, depending on the location.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Silky Delight is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the times specified above after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customer-service@silkydelight.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

14-day refund policy. Just contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and we will happily refund the full price of the product as long as the product is unused and both the product and packaging are still in new condition.

Please email us at customer-service@silkydelight.com to be given your Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please write this on the return shipping label.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and for you to return the product.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customer-service@silkydelight.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
